By accessing or using Math Match ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems or software to access the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

3. In-App Purchases

3.1 Payment

All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the respective store's terms and conditions.

3.2 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process refunds directly. Please refer to:

3.3 Virtual Items

Virtual items, currency, or content purchased in the App have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. All purchases are final.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Bobobox and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. You may remove ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option within the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
